For any order over $49 USD, you'll get Economy Shipping for FREE (it's on us!💸) This is policy is consistent across different existing shipping schemes for different countries/regions.

Shipping to 48 Contiguous States:
Economy: 8 -16 Business Days - $6.95 ; Express: 3 - 5 Business Days - $19.95

* Shipping to overseas territories (e.g. Puerto Rico) is currently NOT available
🇪🇺 EUROPASS
Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden:
Standard Express: 7 -14 Business Days - $6.95
* Shipping to overseas territories of aforementioned European countries is currently NOT available

Please note, for all currently avaialbe shipping plans, delivery to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses is NOT supported at the moment
If your current location is not yet covered by exisiting plans, DON'T WORRY! Contact us before checkout with your location details; we'd work with our global shipping partners to create a customized shipping plan just for you. Be reminded that the costs may be higher than all of our exisiting shipping plans.
Covid-19 Update
Delivery is experiencing minor delays in transit and/or at customs in some countries. Depending on your locaton and the recent situation (including changing government policies in response to the latest Covid-19 variant), the delay could be anywhere between 1 or 2 days to a week.
Although once your order ships the package is beyond our direct control, we are working closely with carrier partners to ensure we obtain the latest updates and share with your ASAP (if any). Thanks for your patience & support.
* Reminder: due to fluctuations in international shipping rates and estimated times, we must respond with agility and adaptivity - this means we're constantly updating our shipping plans whenever we see an opportunity to either reduce shipping time or lower the shipping costs for you. We won't be constantly updating our Shipping Policy page, so it's advised to simply verify the latest shipping rate applicable to your location at checkout.
Shipment Tracking
Since we operate on a Made to Order model, after you received the order confirmation email, your items will be printed and processed usually within 2-4 days (yep, with amazing speed⚡& superior quality💠) —thanks to our advanced smart manufacturing capabilities🤖🦾
*We ship Monday - Friday (excluding weekends or holidays).
Our products ship internationally from our manufacturing facilities in China directly to your doorstep. Once your order ships, you'll receive an notification email containing your order informaiton, a unique tracking number and a link to the "Track My Order" panel.
Please note your order's tracking status is automatically synced by our shipping partners when the package arrives at different checkpoints- the time between updates may vary (sometimes by days); If your order has not seen any status update for over a week, please contact us so we'll check in with our shipping partners for you.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages (but we'll do whatever we can to help minimize the damage in such rare cases).
Duties & Taxes
Our products ship internationally from our manufacturing facilities in China directly to your home.
Contigent on your country of residence, you may be asked by local cutoms authority to pay certain import duties & taxes upon/after your package arrives. As these fees collected go to the customs (not us), these additional charges (if any) are non-refundable.
* As of July 1st, 2021, EU customers now pay VAT taxes directly at checkout (instead of upon package arrival, as required by updated import taxation laws) for faster & reliable delivery. ( Learn more about this policy change)
We work closely with our global shipping partners to minimize shipping costs for you, but ultimately … we can't change your government's laws! :( Feel free to enquire your local customs office in order to avoid any unexpected taxes and duties.
