Since all of our products are Made to Order, as soon as your order is confirmed, we’re on it (literally within minutes)! Unfortunately, that means you won't be able to edit your order afterwards.

As soon as you place your order, you’ should expect an order confirmation email sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If for some reason you don’t receive one, make sure to check your spam folders (You can mark us as SAFE too so that you won’t miss a beat from us in future! )

Our products ship internationally from our manufacturing facilities in China directly to your home.

For any order over $49 USD, you'll get Economy Shipping for FREE (it's on the house!💸) This policy is consistent across different existing shipping schemes for different countries/regions.

It is our commitment to make our products increasingly accessible and affordable for all of our friends & family around the world. However, given existing restraints on global shipping, we can't promise to ship to any country in the world... yet.

If you can't select any shipping options at checkout, most likely it's because your location has not been covered by our current shipping schemes. 

DON'T WORRY! Contact us directly - we'll work with shipping carriers and try customizing a shipping scheme JUST FOR YOU! Be reminded that the cost could be significantly higher, but we'll do our best to uphold our commitment. 

Given our Made to Order model, we don't do tradtitional size exchanges. Instead, the easiest way to exchange your item for a different size would be:
Simply return your original order & place a new order right away.   

Due to personal safety and hygiene concerns (especially during  the ongoing pandemic), certain types of items are "Final Sale" only and cannot be returned, including face masks, hats, leggings and socks.
